1. Agreement

By accessing or using AW Trading (awtrading.com) or joining our Discord community, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or purchase any membership.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server.

2. Who We Are

AW Trading is an educational trading community offering market education, mentorship, tools (including the AW+ Indicator), and a Discord-based community. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

3. Not Financial Advice

Everything on this site and within our Discord community is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish, post, stream, or communicate constitutes personalised financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading financial markets — including futures, forex, and equities — involves substantial risk of loss. Past results shown (real, simulated, or illustrative) are not indicative of future performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial professional before risking any capital.

4. Membership Tiers

AW Trading currently offers the following access levels:

• Free Community — Open Discord access with general channels, announcements, and community discussion. No charge.
• Premium / Inner Circle — Paid tier providing access to mentor labs, live sessions, indicator access, and priority support. Pricing is shown at checkout and subject to change with notice.
• Mentorship — Application-based, limited-seat direct mentorship with AW. Accepted by invitation only following application review.

Membership features and pricing may be updated at any time. Existing paid members will be notified of changes that affect their current subscription before they take effect.

5. Payments & Refunds

All paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy:

• Refunds are not issued for partial months of service already rendered.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.
• Digital products (such as indicator access) are non-refundable once accessed.

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us via Discord or the email listed on this site.

6. AW+ Indicator

The AW+ Indicator is a proprietary TradingView tool available to eligible members. Your licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute access to the indicator or its underlying code.

The indicator is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that any signals, zones, or highlights generated by the indicator will be profitable.

7. Discord Community Rules

By joining our Discord server you agree to follow both Discord's own Terms of Service and the following community rules:

• No spam, self-promotion, or unsolicited DMs to other members.
• No sharing of financial advice, signals, or trade recommendations framed as guarantees.
• Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate removal.
• Do not share content you do not own the rights to.
• No discussion of illegal activity, account sharing, or circumventing membership tiers.
• Mentors and moderators have final say on conduct. Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, indicator code, video recordings, and educational materials — is the property of AW Trading and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AW Trading and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AW Trading operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
