We collect only what we need. We do not sell your data. Ever.

• Name and email address — when you submit a mentorship application form, join our mailing list, or enter a giveaway via a form on our site.
• Discord username — when provided voluntarily in application or contact forms, or when you join our Discord server.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe or similar). We do not store card numbers or billing details on our servers.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) collected automatically when you access our site. This data is used in aggregate for analytics only.
• Form submissions — any information you voluntarily provide in contact or application forms, including your trading experience level and written responses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and respond to mentorship and membership applications.
• Send transactional emails related to your application or membership (via Resend).
• Forward form submissions to our internal team notification system (via FormSubmit).
• Manage giveaway entries and contact winners.
• Improve the site and our educational content based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations if required.

We will never use your data for purposes unrelated to the above without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for form confirmations and membership communications. Data shared: name and email address.
• FormSubmit — routes form submissions to our team inbox as email notifications. Data shared: fields you submit in forms.
• Discord — our primary community platform. When you join our Discord server, Discord's own Privacy Policy governs the data they collect. We do not receive your Discord data beyond your username if you provide it in a form.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may collect standard server log data as part of serving the site. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.
• Stripe (or equivalent) — payment processing for paid memberships. We do not handle or store your payment card information.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. We select providers that take data protection seriously.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect:

• Sensitive personal data (government ID, health data, financial account details).
• Data from children under 13. Our platform is not directed at minors.
• Tracking data via advertising networks or cross-site tracking pixels.

6. Cookies

Our site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may set essential session cookies required for form functionality or security. These do not track you across other sites and are not shared with third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Form submission data (applications, giveaway entries) is retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Email communications are retained as long as you remain subscribed or until you request deletion.
• Server logs are automatically purged on a rolling 30-day cycle by our hosting provider.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and access controls on any stored form data. 10. Links to Other Sites

Our site and Discord community may contain links to third-party websites (such as prop firm partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.
